Do you need to a place to recycle your tree?  Here’s a location just down the road that will accept it (real trees, not artificial) for free:

Plainfield Township will be accepting fresh-cut Christmas trees for recycling at Versluis Park from Dec. 21 through Jan. 25 during park hours, sunrise to sunset, on the north side of the parking lot. Trees must be clear of all decoration — we will not be accepting artificial trees.
