Starting this Spring, a project will begin to repave of 5 Mile Road between Plainfield Avenue and East Beltline. As part of this project, Plainfield Township will undertake water and sewer work at the intersections of Northville Drive and Bonanza Drive. These improvements may cause some delays throughout the summer. We will continue to share more information so drivers can plan accordingly.

This project  is being done in conjunction with the Kent County Road Commission with supplemental road money received from the state of Michigan.
