At last week’s township board meeting (3-12-19), the Board approved a recommendation from the Planning Commission to allow for a new hotel on Dodge street next to the Comfort Suites.

The 100-room hotel is a brand-new line by Hilton that is focused on being vibrant, affordable and young-at-heart. The guest rooms are efficient with plenty of storage space and large, bright bathrooms. Tru hotels feature a 24/7 market where guests can purchase local, gourmet snacks and drinks – including single-serve beer and wine.

Also available in each Tru hotel is a work space with semi-private alcoves and collaborative spaces with free wireless printing.
