During a June of 2025 Plainfield Township Board Meeting, a decision was made to change water and sewer billing from a quarterly model to a monthly model. Township officials also request that residents conserve water where possible as the township now exceeds 13 million gallons per day during peak usage while the current wells can only supply 14 million gallons.
