Greetings from the Landscape Committee!  We have put together a page here to hopefully answer your landscaping questions and provide the necessary documents regarding desired changes by the owners.  Documents and attachments can be found below on this page.  The documents have been updated as of the Fall of 2018 and as a reminder, you will want to review the Landscape Maintenance Policy before submitting the Change Application.  The watering document for those of you that received replacement plants and shrubs late in 2020 from Pepperidge is also available for your records:

The [August 2018] comments accumulated by owners regarding the initial proposed Master Plan involving signs, trees, shrubs, plants, etc. are password protected but are available here.

The Hillside Master Plan has passed.  The assessment amount for each unit is $944.00 and was implemented on September 1, 2019.  An email detailing payment methods went out on August 19, 2019.

The current phase of the Landscape Master Plan is complete as of 2020.  The presentation to the owners regarding what was done can be viewed below.  The new, lighted, front sign is installed, painted and complete .   Thank you to everyone on the Landscape Committee as well as the residents that stepped up to water and care for the new trees around their homes during the extreme summer heat of 2020.

Questions about fire pits and patios that were not installed when the condo was built have been addressed by the board of directors.  The document pertaining to those two items can be viewed and/or downloaded from here.
